“We stayed two nights in total. Our room is big and clean. Hotel owner Turcay is a really nice person, offered us free transport to Pamukkale. At the end of our stay, he found us exhausted and offered us late check out as well.”
“Impressed by the thermal pools and swimming pool.
They have Turkish bath, sauna which were free and self served. Of coz you can pay to have someone to serve you bath. Rooms a bit dated but so far clean. Balcony looked at the view were stunning!
Near to pammukele site and some restaurants nearby which were tasty. ”
“It’s definitely not a five star hotel at all, there is no elevator to room3005, my mom just had low back surgery, and the air conditioner so old and loud, the pillows are so thin like blankets? The dinner buffet and breakfast suck, all of those do not deserve the price”
“Walking distance to the lower gate of the main attraction Pamukkale.
Great communication (in English) with activity suggestions/arrangement from the host.
Meal options within walking distance.”
“I had arrival at hotel about 9.30pm, Yasmin was staying at the reception for waiting me and provided an excellent service to me. After check out, he also provided a shower room to me for taking a quick shower. Hotel location is facing the Pamukkale… nice view and can see the air balloon at the morning time. ”
“This is an older property and is good value for money. They have a few amenities that make it memorable - like a thermal pool and thermal water in the bathroom. It is based in a decent location within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The language barrier could be a problem as they do not have an English speaker. We pointed out some issues and they were very helpful in fixing it immediately. I needed to do laundry and the lady was very kind and even hung it out for me as we went out……
“The owner is kind. The single room is small but clean. It's really suitable for the traveler who travels alone. However, there was a hotel across from Sinter Terasse House Hotel made loud noises until midnight. They played music so loudly that you couldn't get sleep. It was really bothering.”
