We stayed at Anya resort hotel for two nights. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially since there are so many other hotels in the general area of Pamukkale - the room and the accomodation were OK, and what you'd expect from a place at this price level, but there were two main issues overshadowing our stay. First, we arrived on the first day to find a dirty unflushed toilet with the remains of the previous guest (member of the staff?) still inside. Not a very pleasant welcome, to say the least. Second, there were no hot water on our second night. No matter how much we urged the night staff to resolve the problem or offer a solution, they coudn't offer us more than a disinterested shrug. Quite ironic to be lacking hot water, considering Pamukkale is famous for it's hot baths. To sum it all up, you should spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Nir and Alon, October 2022

needs to shake up its act!
Anya Resort Hotel was an enigma to us. The place is well built, centrally located, has two beautiful pools, and should, one would expect, be well managed. But somehow that's where it stops. The resort seems to be run by a team of twenty-something year olds who think that blasting Turkish hip hop music on full volume throughout the day in the reception and, worse, across the pool area is the right way to treat hotel guests. It was also obvious that our room had not been properly checked before our arrival, as the battery of the safe was dead so we were unable to open the safe to store our valuables, and no one had noticed that our room had no coffee station and no minibar refrigerator, despite both being listed in the room description. And on top of all these, our room had no hot water. We had to ask the hotel "management" to rectify all these matters. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a good variety of everything, BUT believe it not, there was no filter coffee, only powdered instant coffee and powdered milk! Quite astonishing!

Good value and the staff were lovely. Housekeeping works hard and does a good job, but despite being "new" the bathrooms were not well maintained. My shower did not drain and the shower enclosures were not adequate to keep water in. My room and my friends room had standing water after showers.
