"We had electrical issues and the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure we were accommodated and gave us extension cords. The hotel is located right next to a train station that takes you in to Central Tokyo in about 30-40 minutes. It is also beside a FamilyMart convenience store and a grocery store and a great 24hr restaurant."

"The staff was excellent. After I checked out the hotel, one staff chased me all the way to the train station. I missed my back pad, which has the passports. Later, she came the second time to bring us the umbrellas that we left in a drawer. "

"We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Asakusa at a reasonable price.
The room size was fine for a Tokyo hotel and comfortable enough for 5 nights. Just needed to be clever with clothes storage. We put our clothes in neat piles in our case and were able to lie it on the floor out of the way.
Its literally minutes away from the temple and we could actually see part of the temple complex from our room on the 10th floor. Lots of convenience stores nearby.
Helpful, friendly staff too

"Great location opposite railway station. Perfect for access to 7-11, shops, restaurants and attractions. Lovely safe area, beautiful temples, parks and the Sumida River opposite. "
"The staff was so polite and helpful. Felt very secure. Our staff member that welcomed us asked us about our trip and left us a kind personalized message on our second day there wishing good travels to us. Wonderful experience and the rooms with the view were amazing."
