"Completely unaware of how they get away with calling this hotel a 4 star upscale hotel. The decor and facilities may of been of a 4 star hotel 20 years ago but thats not the case anymore. The bathroom is dated and includes a tiny shower, a shower head full of limescale and hairs in the shower. The shelf that holds the toiletries in the shower isn't screwed on well and topples repeatedly. The room itself is again incredibly dated.
