I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. The room was clean; however, it felt quite damp and there was a slight smell of mold. The bathroom also felt damp, with some signs of mold. That said, I understand that it is winter and, being a seaside location, there were few guests, which made the property feel rather quiet. I believe the experience may be very different during the summer season. Based on my stay at this time of year, my overall impression was below expectations

Veggene var råtne og ødelagte, det var ikke særlig rent når vi kom: busker på gulv og flekker rundt om kring. Står at det skulle være aircondition, dette var det overhode ikke. Vi sov på et rom som var sikkert 30 grader varmt. I tillegg må det ha vært dyr i veggene. Hele natten lang hørte vi sirener fra noe insekt, og det kom IKKE utenfra. Veldig ubehagelig opplevelse

Pulizia inesistente..abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia con le ciabatte per quello che abbiamo trovato nella doccia..se aprivi il rubinetto del lavandino si riempiva con acqua sporca dello scarico tutto il bidet...di solito ci accontentiamo quasi di tutto ma in questo caso siamo scappati.

Hardly a 1 star hotel

Recommend all to stay away from this hotel. Hardly a 1 star hotel. Despite it says 3 Star(So it’s all about the money, lousy standard overall) • Overpriced with no AC • Rough neighborhood • Extremely small rooms, the shower included. • Beds should have been upgraded 15 years ago together with the rest of the hotel and neighborhood • Small terrace with iron doors making it even smaller We canceled our stay after one night, and booked into another hotel because of the poor conditions. Despite that the hotel manager was not willing to give our money back for the 3 overpriced nights we desided to NOT stay at the hotel. Better to look for something nice and family friendly like River Palace not far away, very nice hotel with top class service and facilities in the same price range – River Palace hotel also got a very nice pool and park area and breakfast inclusive.

Family Vacation

This hotel is very close to the beach which is about the only plus I can think of. There isn't anything necessarily wrong with this hotel but I think it's over priced for what you get. The shower is extremely small (even by Italian standards) and the breakfast wasn't good.

E' un piccolo albergo a conduzione familiare. Abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla in quanto eravamo 2 adulti e 2 bambini. La camera era pulita con l'essenziale, a/c, tv e frigo ma la camera aveva un mobilio senza pretese. Colazione senz'altro da migliorare per l'offerta ma abbiamo trovato molto comodo il ristorante interno alla struttura sia per il rapporto ottimo qualità' prezzo sia per la gentilezza del personale. Ottimo la posizione dell'albergo, vicino alla spiaggia e ben convenzionata con stabilimento. Ultima nota, forse il prezzo un po' eccessivo considerando il soggiorno infrasettimanale intorno a metà luglio.

The host made all they could in order to serve us. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel even though we had GPS. The beach ca. 200 m from the hotel was amazing and clean!

Toppen hotell.

Hotellet var toppen, trevlig personal, bra standard på rummet och hotellets restaurant var mycket bra och prisvärd. Dessutom var läget bra, ett stenkast från stranden.

Fantastisk service, ok beliggenhet

Veldig fornøyd med hotellets service og pris. Hotellet ligger noen km utenfor byen Terracina, men når vi spurte om det var mulighet for å bestille taxi, tilbød hotelleieren å kjøre oss inn, kostnadsfritt. Det er også en ok gåtur langs stranda inn til byen, men bruk gode sko (ca. 1 times gåtur). Det som derimot ikke var så bra, var at hotellet var ganske lytt, på kvelden kunne man høre folk snakke nede i resepsjonen. Det som trakk mest ned med oppholdet var at det var rust i vannet både i dusjen og i vasken, vi kunne alternativt dusje i kaldt vann, da det var mindre rust der, men vi måtte unngå å bruke lyse/hvite klær, da huden vår var full av rust som satte seg i klærne. Likevel var vi fornøyde med oppholdet. Like ved hotellet er det både supermarked, apotek og en liten koselig bar/cafe :) 5 minutter å gå til stranda, som forøvrig var veldig fin.
