"I do not even know where to start to describe this villa - it’s beyond stunning. The owner and villa manager have been fantastic Part of the reason I picked this place as I wanted shade, there are so many options around the garden and villa to enjoy - no matter the time of day you will find a lovely place to relax in the shade. Everything in the villa is perfect - you’ve got a beautiful kitchen with a brilliant glass cooker - perfect for any foodie ! Not to mention lovely cookware too! Everything is of quality - you feel like you’re in your own home - it’s by far the cosiest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location is in such a peaceful and quiet part of Moraira - but still only minutes away from some of the big supermarkets ! I cannot recommend this villa enough ! "

"From start to finish the booking process was excellent and the communication was faultless in terms of the apartment what can I say it was outstanding the views were amazing the location was brilliant on exiting turn right down the stems your at the lovely marina ready to stroll along to the front where you will find amazing restaurants and shops turn left you in the start of the shopping area if you like churches there's a beautiful little church we went for Sunday mass at 11.00am going back to the apartment it has everything you could ask for with all the mod cons I would highly recommend this to anyone Rob was a great host keeping regular contact to check we were ok Thank yu for a lovely stay Rob."

"This was our fourth time in Moraira and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. The photos are a very accurate representation of the property which is extremely comfortable, well equipped and with enough space for a large family or groups of friends. The pool area is great and the open plan kitchen / dining/ living area is spacious and very nice.It's a short walk into town taking only around 7-8 minutes so the location is excellent and the area is very quiet and safe."

"Beautiful property, exactly as described. The pool area, outdoor kitchen and bbq were very specified and used daily during our holiday. Just a 10 minute drive to town, quiet neighbourhood (apart from our grand children!!) with fantastic views over the town. Multiple fridges and freezers, with enough plates, cutlery and glasses to provide for a small army!Any questions we had were answered very quickly and thoroughly.Perfect property and host for a large group of friends or family"

"We have just returned from a two week stay here and have to say, we loved it.The Villa is a large 5 bedroom property, tucked away on the edge of Teulada and it delivered in every way possible. The swimming pool was a great size and kept us all entertained for the fortnight. We loved the bubble over the top as it meant we could use the pool all day and not get burnt (it was very hot!). The bubble over the top of the pool is made up so that you can lift up the side panels on both sides of the pool, so you still have a roof but no sides. Outside there is also a table tennis table in the back garden, that didn't get much use as it was just too hot to stay out there for long without jumping in the pool. With that in mind, there is also a car port at the back gate of the property which was very effective in keeping the car nice and cool.We loved the lemon tree outside the back door and used many of them in our food and drinks.There is also a pool table, inside, which was where we all gathered most evenings, if we weren't out exploring the area.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need and the large cupboard off of the kitchen has every pot, pan and appliance you could want for whipping up any delicious meal you'd like.The bedrooms are all large and generously furnished. Our master bedroom was beautiful. The bed was enormous and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thank you Keiron for helping with everything. A wonderful trip, I think we'll be back."

"Lovely property nice pool would return. Could really do with aircon in the other 2 bedrooms, a couple of toasters and a decent oven then it would be perfect! Not a show stopper though still a lovely villa with nice owner and manager."

"This villa is charming. It’s clear it’s been a well loved family home. Yes a few rooms need updating as others have said but everything works well. Lovely outside balconies and comfortable furniture. Outstanding pool area where we spent most of our time and beautiful lit up at night. The area is beautiful and quiet. Easy to get to the beaches a short walk away. Would definitely stay again. "
