Beautiful hotel! But it lacked a fun vibe. We’ve stayed at several W hotels, and the website didn’t accurately depict the environment. The lobby bar and restaurant was empty every night. Several of the pool waiters seemed annoyed to be working, and even did an eye roll when we asked ordered water.

This resort was very comfortable, the rooms excellent with private balconies . The pool was wonderful. Views amazing. But most of all, the staff were gracious, generous with all the support they offered, and kind.
