“Had a wonderful stay with my family of 5. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having amenities like a full kitchen, WiFi, and a Smart TV. The surroundings are beautiful, and we woke up to horses and cattle grazing outside each day. We did a float in the clear Current River about 35 minutes away. There is a lodge next door for large parties, which was occupied during our stay. Overall, a great place to stay for families or anyone. ”

“Perfect little cabin on the river. Listing had everything that was listed. I had several pretty chilly nights and it had adequate heat to keep me warm! Plenty of cookware. Rather large kitchen for a cabin this size. From my understanding the owners live next door to the property, but they never once botbered me which is nice! Easy to get in and out. Road is a little bumpy in/out but any vehicle can make it. Would love to stay again in the summer so i can enjoy the outdoor seating and river more!”

“The A frame property over the large pond/tiny lake was exactly what we needed to feel secluded from the crazy life hubbub. Neighbors were quiet and thoughtful as they peacefully fished in their boats or from their docks. The kitchen, living area and the one bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs is just a bed and another twin bed. Tv up and down. The heater/air worked great. The deck and grill was awesome. The huge windows of the main area made me feel outside the whole time. The kayaks also a plus.……

“Property was easy to find, cabin was clean, both beds on main level and loft were comfortable. Checking in and out was easy the property owner made sure we had what we needed. Will most definitely be coming back.”

“The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in a peaceful location. We were a bit surprised at the size of the "lake" as it ended up being more of a pond. We did take the kayaks out but the water is pretty nasty and not ideal for swimming or fishing. That was all fine though because thr purpose of our trip was to float the Spring River. Overall a great stay and i would return.”
