"Nice lakefront house with direct access to the water, close to Ludlow, Okemo and lots of nice hiking. The only downside is road noise from route 100, which is directly across the narrow lake. Upsides: lovely deck overlooking the water. Our kids loved swimming right off the property. Some of us preferred to head out in the kayaks. It’s a 10 minute paddle to the gift shop on the other side of the lake, which has soft serve ice cream. The host was very responsive to questions and small concerns. Overall, a great place to spend a hot week!"

"The cabin was comfy, clean and cozy, and was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the sky lights, and enjoyed doing puzzles at the kitchen table. The lake was peaceful and we enjoyed the kayaks very much. It was great all around. We look forward to coming back again soon."

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming, little lake house! We never ran out of things to do - kayaking, swimming, fishing, cooking s'mores over the fire... We also visited the VINS Nature Center in Quechee and learned so many interesting facts about birds of prey! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals but there are also several good restaurants right in Ludlow.The 2 window ACs keep the whole house at a very comfortable temp. We're already thinking about returning next year!"

"Stayed at this resort for 4 nights while biking in the Vermont area. At check I had reserved a condo without ac but it was in the 90’s and the person checking me in offered to move me to the Inn which had same room set up with Kitchen etc and AC - That was Great!!! After morning riding my husband spent a few hours working while I enjoyed the fitness center as well as indoor and outdoor pools. Very few people here during June. "

"The home had an elevated deck with full view of the lake from all spots on the deck. There was also a back room with views of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, and the queen bed was comfortable. AC would have been nice, but there were plenty of fans..Town of Ludlow was close with good food."

"A quick trip with my son and took a chance on some spring skiing. While the weather was closer to summer than spring, our accommodations did not disappoint. Very roomy, comfortable and had everything, and then some, of what we needed. Excellent service by Jackson Gore and excellent communication with Alyson, our VRBO rep. "The rental was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay with two families. The adults each had their own room, and the kids shared a room, which worked out great. A pleasant surprise was the three sets of boot dryers—not listed in the description but very much appreciated! The location was super convenient, especially for the kids to take breaks between skiing at Quad A and B. The bathrooms were updated, and while the rooms were a bit tight, the space was perfect for a mountain getaway.Parking was easy, and the pool and hot tub were clean and close by—both walkable and drivable. Firewood and the dumpster were conveniently located as well. We had a few questions during our stay, and Vacasa was quick and easy to communicate with via text. Would definitely rent here again!"

"We stayed at this great condo with two families and our combined 4 young kids. The location was a great ski in ski out, and there was plenty of room for all of us with great gathering space. The host was very communicative. We would definitely go back. "

"Perfect ski in ski out. Beautiful home with everything you need. Will definitely be going back "

"Perfect size accommodation for our family of 5. Easy to find and a short walk to the trail. You can then ski to the Solitude lift or ski down to Jackson Gore. You're easiest return trail is Sidewinder, which was difficult for our 4 year old learning to ski. Otherwise, you can ski down the greens on the other side of Solitude lift; however, it's a slight uphill trek to get back to the house from the lift. The lodge with the indoor pool/amenities is also easier to drive than hike down to. Also beware that you need a late check-out if you plan to park and ski the day of departure; there is no flexibility on this. Everything mentioned would have been helpful to know but there was no welcome binder/guide (minor suggestion!). Only complaint was the condo was 58 degrees when we arrived and it took a few hours to warm up. Otherwise, it was a great weekend and we'll likely be back."
