The location is perfect if you don’t have access to a car, everything is in walking distance and it’s in a safe area. The staff were amazing and so supportive. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would stay here again if I return to Tropea

Leaking ceilings onto hallway carpeting. Booked in March for a Sept stay and was given an unacceptable room overlooking a roof when I inquired, they change us to at least a street view. Very hot rooms, was not able to control air-conditioning to be cooler, it was controlled by the front desk.🙄😵‍💫 I will say Patricia at the front desk was the most helpful of anyone at this hotel
