"I'm not sure what constitutes an Albergo compared to a Hotel but this albergo far exceeded the "hotel" I had stayed in the previous night (which was basically a small room with no facilities and more expensive).
Situated just off a busy road into town on a very quiet side street, it is less than 15 minutes walk from the train station.
The room was large and well-appointed with a good shower, excellent Wi-Fi and a desk and chair.
The reception and breakfast room staff were attentive, friendly and very polite - a credit to the establishment.
Breakfast itself was superb with a wide range of cold and some hot products on offer.
Definitely one of Ancona's hidden gems! "

The AC in the rooms is limited to 21 degrees (it never managed under 23!) which is annoying. Its not cool enough in the hot weather.
