The property consists of 8 apartments.
4 on the ground level and 4 on the second. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, appliances, and other amenities, dining & living rooms, bathroom, laundry, & one off-street car park. Additional street parking runs parallel to the front of the building. Pet Friendly. Minimum 27 age requirement. All adult guest’s must provide government issued ID at time of booking & sign/return Booking Agreement

The tropical courtyard has a water fountain & bistro tables for your outdoor enjoyment. East Beach is just across the street ~ plan on walking. Beach chairs & beach towels provided.

We are located, within walking distance to local restaurants, Santa Barbara’s best beaches, museums, SB Zoo, aquarium, Funk Zone, Montecito, & parks.

Weekend away

The location was great. Walking distance to the zoo and beach. The place was lovely down to the smallest detail. The property manager Heather was a delight and very helpful during our stay.
