The Bunkhouse Farm Stay near Madison River!

  • Whether fishing, hunting, hiking, river adventures, or peace and quiet is what you are seeking, this is the perfect place for you! The bunkhouse is a newly built out studio apartment above our barn. Enjoy fresh eggs complimentary every day from our chickens, bring your pets (as long as they are friendly with other animals). Enjoy fly fishing or tubing down the famous Madison River. For hunters and fisherman, we have hanging space in our garage and barn for you as well as ample freezer space.

Super nice place to enjoy some days outside the normal tourist spots. And a good price for staying on a farm. Be cautious, the route to the farm is very gravelly so a 4wd might be recommended.

Exceeded Expectations

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the bunkhouse! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts (and furry family) were all so friendly and welcoming. The location was also perfect and so peaceful... absolutely beautiful sunsets! We can't wait to come back and visit again!!

Great room in a fantastic area. A little far from town but if you want quiet and beautiful scenery and great vistas, this is the place to be. Just plan accordingly.

Perfect location

Our family enjoyed the quiet location, fun gym to play in, clean bunkhouse, and fresh eggs. The owners were very kind to us after we had a surprise ER visit and offered the use of the gym so the kids could play. We would definitely come back.

A ranch experience!

The property is on a ranch outside of Bozeman. Quiet, beautiful vistas, well maintained - comfortable furniture with lovely accents. It is nice when you stay in a place where the owners really feel like they are sharing their special place with you. I would definitely stay there again if I am back in the area. It felt like a little ranch retreat.

Small, quaint bunkhouse with beautiful views

The bunkhouse was exactly as described- small, quaint and has beautiful views. It was close to the Madison River so my husband could fly fish in several places that Terra recommended . It’s located on a gravel road so be prepared for dust covered vehicles. It was fine for the two of us for just a couple of days.

I had an awesome stay here, this was the perfect location to base camp from for my motorcycle adventures to Glacier and Yellowstone. The host made sure I had everything I needed, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This bunkhouse was located in such a beautiful place. It was close enough to Bozeman and hiking trails but far enough to feel secluded. The stars were glorious at night! Their dogs were very friendly, energetic, and cute. The bunkhouse was really nice, comfortable, and cozy.

Country Montana beauty

We always have an amazing time here. Folks on the property are awesome and the country setting makes us feel right at home. Plus they allow our pack of dogs which is hard to find and a big plus to me. We'll stay there again.

Small but mighty!

I love this property! Near enough to Bozeman for ample city adventures while still feeling secluded and tucked away. Do not be deterred by the size, as it is extremely cleverly appointed.

Bozeman Stay

Brought my daughter up to MSU for student orientation and stayed in the bunkhouse while she was on campus. Had my dog Rylee as well. Wi-Fi was great for remote work, bunkhouse was very clean and nicely appointed. Property is in a beautiful location with access to Bozeman itself as well as surrounding outdoor activities. Sunsets off the bunkhouse patio were spectacular. Host was fantastic - very friendly and responsive. Will stay again my next time through the area.

Nature at your door

We came to pick up our son from MSU and found this gem as the perfect out of town base. Wake up to the quiet of meadowlarks and doves and fall asleep to the sound of the whispering winds. Well appointed loft great for two but we had out son the last night for an early start back to Oregon and were comfortable. Easy in and out with the added bonus of the Madison River just minutes away. Great weekend!
