“Wir haben leider mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück mussten wir morgens oder abends immer warten bis uns ein Tisch zugeteilt wurde. Einmal haben wir Abend gegessen und es hat leider auch nicht geschmeckt. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufriden”

“Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.”

“Wir haben zwei Zimmer (eines für unsere Tochter) in den Bali Suites gebucht. Optisch modern, zeigt der Alltag aber deutliche Schwächen. Zimmer & Ausstattung: Der Minimalismus ist extrem: Es gibt keinen Schrank (nur 6 Bügel). Das Waschbecken ist zugleich Küchenspüle (Spülzeug muss man besorgen). Steckdosen fehlen. Die Betten sind angenehm hart. Die handwerkliche Qualität ist mäßig (Fliesen), Zimmertüren schließen nur mit viel Schwung. Klima & Sanitär: In unserem Zimmer tropft die Klimaanlage……

“One of the reasons we selected this property was because the listing said parking was included. This was not the case. We arrived and double parked on the street while asking where the parking was, and the person at the front desk was shocked we thought there was parking. They were helpful and directed us to a nearby lot with free parking that was otherwise full but we were fortunate to pull up just as someone else was leaving. We were able to park our car there for free for 2 nights without……
