Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

Whilst functional & clean, I feel this hotel is trading on the Radisson name to draw you in to pay a price tag, it’s not necessarily worth
The price tag, in my opinion, didn’t it reflect the amenities.
The room had no basics - no kettle, no fridge. Coffee was only available during breakfast time from the restaurant, which was limiting in terms of weekend hours (only from 7am)
In terms of location, it wasn’t even centrally located & required a tram or 20 minute walk into the centre, so didn’t even have that going for it!
The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, it just lacked……anything other than function
