San Valentin is a superb 2 storey Villa with private heated pool, Excellent outside dining/BBQ area & gated for seclusion with comfy sunbeds for relaxing & outside dining furniture. Recently (August 2020) pool and pool area are renewed. The Pool has an environmentally friendly salt chlorinator which is better for your skin. This villa has been decorated to an excellent standard with "home from Home" feel with FREE WIFI & over 300 internet channels same as UK & IRELAND. This beautiful villa is located in the popular area of Los Pocillos 2 mins walk to fantastic sandy beaches, bars & restaurants & supermarket. This villa has Fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (downstairs extra living area with TV & DVD player turns extra sleeping area if needed with bed/settee) Upstairs comfy living area with leather settees with seperate door opens to veranda for alfresco dining & brilliant sea views from upstairs living area. This open plan living/dining & kitchen area is ideal for entertaining with Fully Fitted Kitchen. This 2 storey property is excellent for family & couples alike. This villa provides free welcome pack on arrival.Private poolHeated with solar pannels included in the price in winter months. For extra heating with heating pump 15€ extra per day.
