Extremely Unprofessional, Invasive, and Unacceptable Experience My husband and I booked a hotel room with a private hot tub, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Unfortunately, our experience turned into something extremely uncomfortable, disturbing, and completely unacceptable. Our room was located on the first floor, right next to a stairway. Shortly after checking in, we stepped into the hallway to get some ice. We noticed the front desk employee nearby, who appeared shocked to see us coming out of our room so soon. At the time, we didn't think much of it. That employee left for the evening, and the woman working the night shift was pleasant and gave us no issues. The following evening, my husband and I were painting together in our room. We placed a fan in the window for ventilation and to prevent any odors from bothering other guests. Once we finished, we decided to relax together in the hot tub. What happened next was absolutely shocking. We received a knock at our door from the SAME male employee we had encountered the previous day. He claimed he was concerned that we were smoking in the room. We explained that we had been painting and that the fan was simply there for ventilation. However, during this conversation, he admitted that he had looked through our window, saw my husband and me in the hot tub, and backed away because he realized we were in there. Even more disturbing what else did he do that wr didnt see!

I was very disappointed that I specifically asked for a lake view room and was given a room where you had to lean out the corner of the window to see the lake! There are only THREE rooms in the entire hotel that have a view of the lake!! NO amenities that you would expect from a hotel at the rate they charge! No phone in room to either call other rooms or front desk for assistance! No iron/ironing board (small convenience but generally expected at this rate)! NO coffee machine, fridge or microwave in room!! Not worth the money!!

Awesome view. Great staff.
