We loved our stay, everything about it was 11/10. But the check in process was a little rough, but we totally understand that the calls were busy at the time and we had to wait a bit. Overall we had a blast and the view from where we were at was awesome! Thank you for having us and we definitely would book their again!

The check-in process was smooth and easy, even without a traditional front desk. The instructions provided before arrival were clear, and accessing the building and room was straightforward. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes by taxi from Haneda Airport, which was very convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the large dining table was a great feature. The beds were comfortable, and having two separate bedrooms was a wonderful bonus. Thoughtful extras, including additional toothbrushes and cotton swabs, were also provided. The accommodations felt more like a fully equipped apartment than a traditional hotel. The only minor downside was that the couch could have been cleaner. The hotel was conveniently located near stores and restaurants, which was very convenient. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and I would happily return!

Central location. About a 20/30 min ride in each direction depending on traffic. There is the metro you’ll hear upon arrival but it’s not obnoxiously noisy, it could easily become white noise if you have extremely sensitive hearing. Otherwise ideal location for families with small ones that appreciate a quiet living area. Comfortable living space. Quiet hours. Uber Eats easy delivery. Corner drink vending machine. Walking distance to convenience store. Note: if landing late just be prepared for a delay in verifying identity and apartment access. It may take a few tries to get through to agent but nothing too excessive.

今回宿泊し、部屋は綺麗で広くてとても過ごしやすかったです。受付もスムーズに出来ました。 ただ一つ、部屋の備え付けのティッシュがどれも残量が少なく、自分たちで準備したほうがよさそうでした。 また宿泊したいと思える部屋でした。
