The front desk staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was adequate. The location is wonderful. Looking at the beautiful facade one would think the interior and rooms would be spectacular. Unfortunately that is not the case. The lobby furniture was dirty and the silk flower arrangements were in disarray as if they had been there too long. The rooms are smallish and they have been stripped of all character. They are stark white and grey, institutional in character. I will not be returning to this hotel.
