Modern, spacious, detached villa with private swimming pool, A/C, free wi-fi & spectacular panoramic sea views!!

Views don´t come much better than this!!



Just a short drive from Nerja, this spectacular villa is the perfect location for that relaxing holiday in the sun.

Accommodation comprises entrance hall with guest washroom, lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, A/C & international TV.

Fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Access to the dining & swimming pool terrace via patio doors.



The lower level comprises 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes & an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bath & shower over. The second & third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, also fitted wardrobes.

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The family bathroom on this level has a shower. The washing machine & tumble dryer are also found here.



The private swimming pool is approx 7 x 4m & is adjacent to the sun terrace with loungers, parasol, table & chairs.

The dining terrace also has a table & 6 chairs.

An amazing villa , totally family friendly with views to die for 😊

Breath taking !!!!! I’ve been holidaying on the Costa del sol for years and this is by far the most fantastic villa we’ve booked . Family friendly with plenty to entertain you in the area from boat hire to water Parcs . Beautiful villa with amazing panoramic views out to the sea & down the coast to Nerja. Excellent facilities, including pool, a/c, kitchen (incl microwave, dishwasher), 3 w/c's, TV with all the main UK channels, Sonos music system. Very quiet area (mainly residential) but be aware of ongoing building work nearby.

Fantastic stay at Villa Cordoba in Nerja

This property is rented out by C&G Estate Agents in Nerja. They informed us a week before our rental period that there was construction work nearby; waking up the people who stayed there at the time as early as 7:00. I'm very grateful for the heads-up because my wife and I wouldn't have coped with the noise and our holiday would have been spoiled. Fortunately, C&G Estate Agents manage multiple properties and were very helpful by offering us a selection of other villas in the region to choose from. We opted for Villa Cordoba in Nerja. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Cordoba. It's in a quiet part of Nerja, only 5-10 minutes away from the center. Beautiful garden and wonderful views towards Nerja and the sea.
