The unit was wonderful , the only downfall was the lock code on the door . It definitely was broken . Average time to enter or exit was 5 minutes , due to the lock .Glad I didn't arrive after dark !

The quiet side!

The studio apartment was cute and convenient to the GSMNP! Even with a fall festival in town the weekend we were there it was easy to get around Townsend. There were a couple of dead roaches in the room and there were some dirty towels left in what appeared to be a laundry room. I texted with the management folks and they offered to bring clean towels but no other remedy. I was disappointed with that but the rest of the setup was nice.

PROPERTY WAS NOT AS LISTED-TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

CADES COVE LANDING IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. I'VE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT CONDO'S. ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS. GREAT LOCATION. THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT. I'LL SAVE THE LONG DETAILS SINCE I AM SURE IT HAS ALL BEEN CORRECTED NOW. BUT I CANNOT GIVE THIS A BIG THUMBS UP AND HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A BAD THING ABOUT ANY PLACE I HAVE STAYED BEFORE. BUT THIS MADE ME LEAVE EARLY AND TOTALLY RUNIED MY VACATION. I FELT THE CONDO MANAGER (NOT THE CADES COVE LANDING MANAGER) COULD CARE LESS, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, VACASA DID STEP UP AND DO THE WRITE THING WHEN I DECIDED ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH AND LEFT. IF ALL HAS BEEN CORRECTED, I AM SURE IT IS FINE NOW. BOTTOM LINE, IT WAS NOT READY TO BE A RENTAL, THEY SHOULD OF WAITED AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE, EVERYTHING WORKED.
