The staff at Baglioni Regina was excellent! It was my bf’s birthday and they upgraded our room and even brought us champagne and cookies. We landed at 7am in Italy and even got to check in before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and next to a lot of restaurants!

I didn't like the people at the desk, not very curtious,rather rude,not willing to help or give any information. Get superized when ask about point of interest as if they are out of town.,we checked out earlier so we had a gap till we catch trin to Rome, ,so we decided to stay in on of waiting room down till we leave,one of the undercover security,keep chasing us when we went to the bathroom, and up when we were sitting, awaiting to leave in an hour or so,very rude.

Fabulous Hotel

"We have had a fabulous week long stay at Horti 14. The rooms are very large with excellent finishes and fittings. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day including new towels and bedding. The location is excellent at the end of a cobbled street with little or no traffic noise yet walking distance to the Vatican and Colosseum. There are many traditional restaurants just minutes away."

"We felt at home at Hotel San Francesco. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We LOVED the restaurant Jacopa Roma! Amazing tasting menu! Such a convenient location. We walked everywhere! Enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning for our last night in Rome before flying back to the states. Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This was a wonderful and very tailored experience. I was very impressed with the amount of detail information that was sent to us to ensure easy access to our suite and also the beautiful bottle of wine and the delicious breakfast was much appreciated. DEFINITELY recommend!"

"It’s great .. it’s a room in a 2 bedroom apt. The common kitchen is fully equipped (but if you’re going to cook in trastevere you’re nuts) Each room has his own bathroom with a nice shower. The property manager is absolutely nice and helpful .. the place can be a little noisy (trastevere should be noisy) Great location .. insanely good places to eat insanely great "
