The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean, it was exactly what we needed and more! This was a gem! I could go on, but reslly worth mentioning the host, Edy, she was fantastic, which really was the icing on the cake, really hwlpful and available when needed. Needless to say when we go back this is the place to stay for us! ”

“We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome.”

“Sehr nette Inhaber. Herzliche Begrüssung und ausführliche Informationen über Rom und seine Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Frühstück ist Selbstbedienung und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas vorhanden. Es kann jeder zeit zubereitet werden. Kaffee, Kuchen, Obst usw immer vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig. Busse, Strassenbahn in 2 min zu erreichen. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und emfehlen es jedem weiter! Mille grazie Ursula!”

“This property is located in the heart of Trastevere. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was sufficient. Just note that this is not a typical hotel but an apartment and so the front desk is only available at certain times of the day. Any assistance beyond that hours is promptly addressed via WhatsApp.”

“We were a bit skeptical booking a “guest house” but are happy we did so for this property. The owner was present when arrived and was very friendly. She lives on the same floor as the apartments she rents so is easily accessible if needed. It felt very secure. The doors into the apartments are pretty close to each other but we didn’t hear any sounds from neighboring rooms. This location is less than 5 minutes from the #8 tram so access to the train station is very easy. If you’re into……

“Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better.”
