"Perfect place to sleep, basic but nice. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Proximity to airport makes it perfect if you have a late flight out of MXP. Shuttle service is very convenient and runs every 30 min- 24 hrs a day. Only serves breakfast on premises and none of the food delivery apps deliver there so getting lunch & dinner is difficult. Staff was friendly and very helpful."

The Breakfast staff are simply a joy, special mention to Donna for displaying genuine care & attention every morning, Manuel for ensuring our snacks were always topped up. Honestly, so many perks to this hotel - absolutely loved our long wknd and would 100% stay again. They can’t do enough for you and for that we are grateful. Having stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world we have come to realise it’s not about the status - it’s the people and all the staff here are a pleasure "
