The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires. 4. This property does not feature a private yard, a shared outdoor space is available for use. 5. Access to beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella are available seasonally. 6.
