Parking: 3 cars allowed. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage and extra parking in the driveway;
Maximum 2 pets allowed and $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
This home includes access to two signature experiences at Schaffer’s Mill: Golf Course (with one-week advance request) and dine at the Sawyer Restaurant (reservations made directly by phone);
Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
Agreement must be entered into by an Occupant of 25 years or old.
