PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Fantastic Stay

We were looking for a house in a nice, quiet neighborhood and found it. The house was perfect! It is located in a nice residential neighborhood. We were able to go out for walks and runs through the area.It is close to Sabino Canyon and an easy drive to downtown and UA. Pretty easy to get anywhere actually. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. The beds are nice and comfy. Plenty of seating in the living areas and on the back patio. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The pool looked nice, but it was a bit cold outside the week we stayed so we did not swim.We loved having the pool table in the garage/rec room and played every night. Todd and his team were very helpful and responsive to any questions.Definitely recommended and we will stay again if we come back to Tucson in the future.
