Family coming together
Meeting up with family at this beautiful lake was an amazing time for all of us. We loved the dock, the lake, the pool table and game options downstairs, the kitchen was wonderful being right part of the den, we had a great experience

Stay at Tim's Ford Lake
This property is great for a large family, kids varying in ages, plenty of bedrooms, easy to find everything, great for water sports, and great views!! We had an excellent time! And the Host was very assessable for any questions! Thanks Barbra!!

Perfect Family Getaway
Loved this lake house. Beautiful views, and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous. And the living room with great views. The pictures didn’t do it justice. An unexpected bonus that wasn’t in the pictures was the beautiful front porch and huge lawn where the kids could run and play in the evening and catch fireflies. So peaceful. The dock was great too. We spent a lot of time in the water (warm!) with our water toys. We left with a lot of special memories and hope to return.

Wonderful vacation
We had a great time at this beautiful house, the house is well equipped and very comfortable. The game room was a hit for all ages. The walk down to the dock was made easier for bad knees by areas to sit and relax and the view of the water from the gazebo was perfect for watching family play! We highly recommend this rental!

Great stay for my youth staff!
We enjoyed a slowed down weekend with our youth staff; eating together, drinking coffee, and talking. We enjoyed the dock on the beautiful Tim’s Ford Lake and dinner out at the Blue Gill Grille.

Great family friendly lake house !!!
As empty nesters, it is a challenge to get the family together each year for our annual birthday bash. This lake house didn’t disappoint. There was ample room for our adult children and their significant others with everyone having an actual bed to sleep in and not a bunk bed 😉. Loved the openness of the living, kitchen and dining area, which allowed us to all be able to hang out together. The large island was fabulous for the breakfast and dinner buffets and loved the nostalgic can opener. We had one small issue but the owner was very responsive and it was resolved immediately. The view of the lake was amazing, which definitely ranks this lake house as a five star. Thank you so much for opening up your beautiful lake home to our family.

80th Birthday party with family
Very nice accommodation and comfortable for our large group. Game room was fun, outdoor area was beautiful and spacious for coffee in the morning or beverages in the evening. Kitchen/dining area is spacious and well equipped with all appliances and dinner ware. Dock and swimming areas were fun for everyone, swam every day. Mike and Barbra were great hosts and readily available if needed. We definitely would stay again.

Loved this home! Beautiful views from several balconies, easy, close proximity to darling Winchester, fabulous dock for lake fun♥️. House is cozy, with several private bedrooms, and room enough for family togetherness. Lots of amenities: games, firepit, gazebo, and fantastic game room. Loved our time here!!!

Home is gorgeous - Location can't be beat
Stayed at this house with family. Plenty of room for all. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kids loved the game room and the lake they kept busy with so many options. Loved sitting around the gas firepit at night and taking in the lake view. Convenient to State Park, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we get the chance to come back

Great family getaway
13 members of our family spent the week after Christmas at this beautiful house on Tims Ford Lake. It was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, comfortable beds, large spaces for us all to gather. We enjoyed the game room (pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard). There is an awesome view of the lake and lots of outdoor seating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Barbara was amazing and definitely went above and beyond to accommodate our family in every way. Between the large kitchen, great room and game room, the 3 decks and fire pit were perfect for spending time together and making memories. We loved it!

Epic Sib Trip
Every summer, we siblings and our families take a vacation somewhere. We have been to Hawaii, Mexico, California, Missouri and now Tennessee! This property was absolutely perfect for our group and allowed us to create incredible family memories. The house had a huge kitchen we could all cook for each other in and there were 3 decks to take in the stunning view. The sunrises were epic! We got our workout going up the stairs from the lake and enjoyed every day out on the water by boat or just from the dock. The neighborhood was lovely with numerous beautiful homes all around. The owners were readily available for questions and facilitated a smooth check in and out process. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again!
