No café da manhã o café estava frio e pedimos um suco que não veio em 20 minutos, tomamos o café da manhã com água e fomos trabalhar, o suco não veio, atendentes com cara amarrada, perguntando 3 vezes se não iam trazer o suco e a resposta foi “ já pedimos”."

"Meu quarto tinham 2 baratas. Uma ao lado da cama e outra em cima da cama, reportei a recepção e mostrei as fotos. O banheiro estava com azulejos sujos e rejuntes encardidos. O café da manhã não tinha mesa para sentar pois todas estavam com pratos sujos de outros hóspedes que não haviam sido retirados e limpados da mesa. Infelizmente o nível desse hotel caiu demais."
