The room was clean, functional, and comfortable. I was fully satisfied. The bathroom was dirty, no in room hot drinks. No help with luggage. Dining facilities non existant. Make your own coffe in a schoolroom canteen. Det jag blev besviken på var att man säger i informationen att man har restaurang med inriktning på Thai-mat och frukost. Inget av detta fanns. Ett mc-bud kom med frukosten till hotellet. It seems like the rooms had not been used for a while and were not refreshed prior to our stay. The most disappointing was the water from the shower does not get so hot! It was very cold (up to 16 degrees in the morning and evening) and showering was hard. They eventually transferred us to new rooms which have better shower but the state of the rooms are the same.
