"The place is wonderfully clean, brand new in every sense of the word, and I highly recommend going there. There's a manager named Mustafa who is worth his weight in gold; he's a top-notch manager who ensures guests are completely satisfied. He deserves all the respect and appreciation. However, there are some lands and a building around the place where workers are carrying out construction work, which causes noise in the morning. Overall, I recommend going there; it's clean and still brand new."

"This was my 2nd time staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina. I was travelling for Umrah with my wife and 3 kids. We booked a room with Quad-bed, (4 Beds). You can easily push them together and make them into 2-king size beds. We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were clean, staff were professional, felt like a 5-Star hotel. Breakfast was amaizing with ton's of options. Most importantly, it was 1-2 min walk to Masjid Nabawi and to shopping store. We had one store right behind our hotel where everything was "2-Riyal". We did most of our shopping there. As always, if I ever travel to Medina, I will be staying at Pullman Zamzam Madina, no second options. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. "
