Welcome to this unique and functional studio condominium at the base of Golden Peak! With 700 square feet of living space, this unit offers several amenities not typically found in our studio condominiums. This unit offers two full bathrooms, as well as a washer/dryer. The master bathroom features his & her sinks, and a jetted jacuzzi tub. The main bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Enjoy a quiet creek-side location from your second floor balcony with gas grill. This unit also offers a studio door to add privacy between the bedroom and living room areas. The bedding in this unit is a queen bed and a double murphy bed.
