The room had a aircondictioner leaks but w everything else was good

Room condition and cleanliness were both excellent. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the dining area was clean and well maintained. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for the ATROCIOUS internet service. Wi-Fi speeds never exceeded 1 Mbps, making it virtually impossible to do anything productive or stream content from any source. I tested connections from multiple locations throughout the property, and the speeds were consistently dreadful. It was literally like using a dial-up connection from 30 years ago. At this point, I cannot understand how high-speed internet is not treated as a basic utility by hotels. The network infrastructure here is in desperate need of a major upgrade. I ultimately had to use my mobile hotspot, which delivered speeds more than 50 times faster than the hotel's Wi-Fi.

Everything about the property was fine, but in the room, not so much. When the sheets were pulled down on one of the beds, there was a spot of blood on the sheets. And old food had been left in the microwave. These problems were raised at the desk and to our delight, the room was comped!

It was a last minute booking that turned me into a returning renter. I enjoyed the contactless check in with keyless entry. It made it more home like. Definitely will book with them again.
