It is the quiet end of the island, so you have to drive to town. Great places to visit in town and other interesting beaches and parks. The cabin is small and rustic, but has a good feel. Be careful on the stairs to the sleeping loft...”

“I spent five days with my daughter and youngest son. I can’t thank the owners enough for all the amenities…from the makings for SMORES to a bottle of Syrah. We enjoyed the bottle of wine together, dinner on the deck watching the sunset, and a swim. I especially enjoyed my morning espresso while enjoying the peace and quiet and the gorgeous view. ”

“Everything was perfect in this little cottage. It was a wonderful transition for our move from the East Coast to the West Coast. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals each night. The coffee bar was fully stocked and we appreciated that there were kitchen cleaning supplies. “We booked this property while taking a trip to the west side to visit family. We originally chose it because it was close to the zoo. The fact that it’s a completely remodeled, period style home was a quirky bonus, until we got there. Every detail was perfect, from the furniture down to music playing when we walked in. “Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and...

It was very comfortable and had every needed amenity along with a great view and a quiet place to sit outside. It was also super close to the co-op for any quick needs and just a few minutes from downtown when driving. The property itself also shows that it's loved and tended too. Would love to go again!”

“This was a wonderful experience! Well appointed and comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck and comfy beds. Hot shower was great. Boat reno and decor is beautifully done. Location is perfect for walking to everything. Kayak use was such a treat and great to get on the water. A few kayaks need help with seat backs, but we had no problems; there were others to choose from. Felt very safe in town and in the Net shed. ”
