front staff was very helpful
out first room smelt musty and was very moist. the toilet also squealed every time you flushed
the 2nd night the air conditioner starting making wierd noises and leaking so we got switched rooms and the 2nd room was nicer smelling and not moist

Check in staff was far from welcoming, told us nothing about the facility, amenities, or any other details.
Plenty of parking.
Not sure why the Waffles were dough on the inside no matter how long we cooked them over the usual time. Tried a few times- seemed like they were too watery!?
Shower wouldn’t drain either.

Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was boarded up, as they were on the other floors. There is today NO renovations in progress.
