Set in the scenic hilltop town of Venasque, Provence, this hotel is a gem. It a picturesque, peaceful and cozy place to stay. The owners, Sophie and Jerome, are the most helpful and attentive a guest could wish for. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in on this three week trip through southern France. I look forward to staying for much longer than my brief stay.

The hosts Sophie and Jerome were amazing. Accommodating at every turn. They spoke English well and were very knowledgeable about the area and sights. The hotel could not have been more beautiful, completely renovated 2 years ago. The pictures do not do it justice! The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was so nice in the summer heat. The town of Venasque, where it is located, is beautiful in its own right with great places to eat. This was a perfect base for exploring other towns in the region like Gordes and Roussillon.

The only word that describes this place is magical. We truly fell in love with the town of Venasque. Amazing restaurants . The breakfast was amazing at the hotel. The owners were so incredibly wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Anything we needed they were able to help whether it was medicine, packaging materials, laundry and local advice on where to go. Beautiful property and highly suggest getting the two bed room so you can have a beautiful patio. We ended up extending our stay because we loved this place so much!

Sophie and JĂ©rĂŽme have created something truly special at HĂŽtel La Garrigue. Every aspect of my stay was exceptional. With a clear vision and deep expertise, they’ve lovingly renovated the hotel into a haven of hospitality, serenity, beauty, and charm. From the moment you arrive, every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The local French breakfast was delicious and especially enjoyed under the olive trees on the terrace. The bedding, mattress, and pillows were so comfortable that I slept deeply and woke up feeling completely refreshed. After a day of exploring, the pool and bar are perfect for relaxing. The hotel is also ideally located, just a short 3 minute walk into the village, where you’ll find a few lovely restaurants and picturesque streets to wander. La Garrigue is also proudly environmentally conscious, which is reflected in everything from the local food served to the motion-sensor lighting in the halls, and the thoughtfully chosen products in the rooms and lobby. I’m already looking forward to returning later this summer.

Etablissement géré par les propriétaires, un jeune couple passioné et tout à fait consacré à leur cause. Ils ont fait de cet endroit un hÎtel de trÚs bon goût, fort agréable, parfait pour un séjour de plusieurs jours pour visiter la région de Gordes. D'excellents conseils viennent renforcer un accueil trÚs professionel et le séjour était parfait. Décortation, piscine / bar, intérieurs, extérieurs... En pÀrla!

Vi stannade en natt under vÄr resa genom Frankrike. Riktigt fint inrett, personligt och med tvÄ genuina och engagerade Àgare som hela tiden gjorde sitt yttersta för sina gÀster. Familjesviten var helt perfekt med tvÄ sovrum med en dörr emellan som gick att stÀnga. JÀttefina uteplatser som vi tyvÀrr inte hann nyttja. Men vi ÄtervÀnder gÀrna i framtiden och kan bara varmt rekommendera La Garrigue!

tolles Hotel in einem herzigen Dorf

Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer neu renoviert, modern und sehr sauber. Es hatte einen wunderschönen Aussenbereich mit Lounge und Swimming-pool.
