Ein wenig geärgert haben wir uns aber über die Betreuung. Die genaue Adresse und Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung erhielten wir erst, als wir schon in Venedig angekommen waren. Weitere Informationen, wie mit dem Müll, dem Chek-Out, dem Bezahlen der Kurtaxe etc. zu verfahren ist, erhielten wir erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen oder mussten es selbst herausfinden. Darüber hinaus war die Küche leider relativ schlecht ausgestattet, ein großer Topf, eine ordentliche Kaffemaschine (nur Kapsel-Kaffee), Schere oder Käsereibe waren nicht verfügbar; um wirklich zwei Wochen lang für vier Personen zu kochen, war die Küche trotz großem Herd leider nicht geeignet. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Saubere und schöne Wohnung, wie ein kleines Haus mit eigener Terrasse. Die Lage ist versteckt in einem Viertel nähe Grassi. Der nächste Supermarkt erst bei Rialto. Comunicazione con la gestora sempre e solo via telefono, molto gentile e disponibile: ci ha anticipato il check-in e ritardato il check out senza problemi (non c’erano altre prenotazioni), però con qualche intoppo al check-in perché il codice dato non apriva la porta. Ottima posizione, ma NON è a Dorsoduro, bensì a San Marco, vicino a Palazzo Grassi.
