"The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. The room, while on the small side, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed.
There were a number of small items which detracted from my stay. Single ply toilet rolls in the bathroom, a small and well worn towel and shower in which the...

"My first 2 days were double booked so they moved me to another guest house, which was actually good but I had to go back to Eagle for breakfast!!
On day 3 they put me in room 1. It was very large with a comfortable bed, however
1. The safe was broken
2. There was no plug in the bath.
They said there was a water shortage.
Eventually, the next day I got a plug.
Their pool was "green" and unusable.
The TV did not work. They changed it twice but I never got to see a program. When they finally said...

"The staff at the Maison-H was fantastic!! Debbie, Goda, and others plus the two dogs made our two week stay a great time. We enjoyed the breakfast meals and time in the swimming pool. Walks to the nearby beach were always a good experience. Monkeys at times in the morning were a fun surprise...dogs loved the time to bark. Uber access to nearby locations allowed us to skip renting a vehicle. Great restaurants in 5minutes by Uber. Site generator provided no issues with the local...

"Rooms are comfortable and clean, hotel facilities are good. But best of all are the staff - from the cleaners to the restaurant staff to the reception staff. They are friendly and professional and go out of their way to help you. I’ll definitely be back."
