Les commerces sont à proximités et il est possible de tout faire à pieds. Le grand plus de l'appartement est l'accès direct à la belle plage de Sainte Anne au bout du jardin de la résidence. L'appartement est propre, en bon état, et bien ventilé (triple expo) important quand il fait chaud (n'avons pas eu besoin de mettre la clim).Tout pour passer un excellent séjour. Que de PROBLEMES avec cette location et les propriétaires. Je résume : Baignoire bouchée à chaque douche, l'eau s'évacuait sous les meubles de cuisine d'où inondation dans la cuisine. Odeur de moisi dans TOUS les meubles de cuisine, ça sentait mauvais y compris la vaisselle. Problème électrique du lave-linge dans la salle de bain dû aux inondations. Le cumulus dans le placard de la chambre fuyait, il a fallu un seau sous le cumulus condamnant ainsi le placard. Nous avons dû mettre nos vêtements n'importe où dans la location. Le dessus du réfrigérateur était entièrement rouillé (gare au tétanos) le meuble de cuisine dans lequel se trouvait la bouteille de gaz pour la plaque de cuisson n'était pas aux normes, dans le meuble où elle se trouve, il n'y a pas d'aération basse vers l'extérieur et beaucoup de prises et de fils électriques touchent cette bouteille de gaz et pour clôturer le tout, il y avait une SOURIS, pendant 10 jours dans cet appartement ; elle s'est attaquée à toutes nos denrées et vêtements. Je n'invente rien de ce que je dis, je possède 39 photos qui justifient mes allégations. Je possède également plusieurs mails et SMS qui prouvent ce que je décris. Nous avons relancé plusieurs fois les propriétaires pour régler ces problèmes qui ont gâché nos vacances. Le propriétaire est venu 2 fois avec un plombier pour colmater la fuite de la baignoire, cela n'a rien fait, ça fuyait toujours et avec un électricien qui a dû condamner la prise du lave-linge de la salle de bain. Et ensuite plus de nouvelles de ces propriétaires. Ils sont restés sourds à nos mails et nos SMS. Ils ne nous ont jamais répondu, en un mot débrouillez-vous tout seul ! Attention ces propriétaires vous envoient un contrat de location avec indiqué au paragraphe 9 un état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie, malheureusement ils ne font jamais d'état des lieux (La propriétaire nous l'a indiqué dans l'un de ses SMS, je détiens cette preuve) toutefois ils vous demandent un chèque de caution de 500€, que nous n'aurions pas pu récupérer sans l'aide des voisins. Tout ce que je viens de décrire est exact et reflète la réalité. J'ai envoyé à Abritel toutes les preuves (photos, mails, SMS ) J'ai réclamé aux propriétaires un dédommagement celui-ci est resté sans réponse. C’est très appréciable. La propriétaire était ponctuelle au rendez-vous, arrangeante car on a pu libérer à 14h30, comme souhaité. Certains équipements et peinture sont vétustes et nécessitent un rafraîchissement. Le store banne ne fonctionnait pas. Le sofa lit n’etait pas confortable. Tout est cependant compensé par sa situation exceptionnelle, à côté de la plage et du bourg !! Attention aussi aux coupures d’eau tournantes en Guadeloupe. Les propriétaires : Dominique et Pierre sont très agréables et arrangeants. Le contact est très facile et les « Check In » et les « Check Out » se passent toujours très bien. Ils sont à l’écoute et très soucieux du bien être de leurs vacanciers. L’appartement : situé à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants, il dispose d’une grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et d’un accès privatif pour accéder directement à la plage du Bourg. La chambre est climatisée et la salle de bain est équipée d’un lave-linge. Cet appartement réunit toutes les conditions pour passer un séjour très agréable.
