"Martin was a great host. The only food option is pizza in the evening which was fine for us but there aren't any food options within walking distance. The breakfast was basic but very pleasant, including some home grown produce. The pool area was nice and although very cold we enjoyed a swim. It was so peaceful and helped us switch off for a few hours. Overall we think Martin offers great value for money, the rooms are basic and don't have any mod cons but it was perfect for a one night stay...

"The Maison and its garden is very relaxing. On top of that the hosting is done by Catherine who is very service driven and completesthe whole package. By good conversation and observation Catherine knows very quickly what your needs are during breakfast and by making up your room she thrives to optimal comfort. As she notices we liked to stay a day in the maison she offered fridge capacity to cool our drinks and left extra pain au chocolat for later in the afternoon. Spendit! Our stay in Maison...
