Wonderful stay in Vienna, the property was ideal. Well equiped kitchen, huge shower, and access to a small patio outside of the bedroom, perfect for sitting with a coffee or glass of wine. There is a supermarket across the road and several restaurants in the vicinity. The property is approximately a 40 minute walk to the main attractions in the centre of Vienna. One thing to note for arrival is there is a door for number 120 and a separate door for 120A. Make sure you're at the correct entrance! The host was very fast to reply to messages.

Two days before trip got a message that there was a double booking and we would get an upgrade for the apartment, that was nice. Unfortunately however the apartment was on the third floor of an old building without an elevator - was a bit cumbersome to carry all the bags, baby trolley and a toddler up and down every time we went somewhere. The apartment itself - everything was perfect but in the middle of one of the rooms there was an iron nail standing up from the floor boards. Gladly we noticed it right away before our toddler hurt themselves, and were able to cover it with a mat. Location good, cleaniness very good and overall very modern and spacious apartment. Easily a recommendation, even though there were a couple of things little bit off.

This property is hidden within a street of stores and shops, so you have quick and easy access to the city. The property owner was quick to respond and helpful all along the way of the course of the stay. Place was clean and had everything I needed. It's just a few minute walk to the nearest rail station and not much further to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and more. You could even walk the 25 minutes or so to the Inner ring or hop on the rail. I even used the washing machine to clean my clothes right before my stay ended. Great place to stay!

Ho fruito di un monolocale e credo sia giusto segnalare ai fini di un miglioramento del servizio che non avevo ricevuto alcuna indicazione per accedere al monolocale e che quando arrivato l'ho trovato pronto per accogliere solo un ospite. Devo dire che dopo una telefonata al personale che gestisce la struttura ho effettuato l'accesso e, successivamente, è stato accessoriato per il secondo ospite. Suggerisco una pulizia più accurata del pavimento (parquet) perché risultava appiccicoso. Nel complesso stabile signorile e comodo distante 4 fermate metro dalla centralissima piazza Santo Stefano.

Im wunderschoenen Wiener Haus, Wunderschoen eingerichtet, fuersorglich Tabs fuer Geschirr- und Waschmaschine gegeben, sehr ruhig, schoener Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, einfache Kommunikation mit dem Host, unkompliziert, schnell und loesungsorientiert.in 2 Min zu Fuss bis U-Bahn, in wenigen Minutes mit U-Bahn im Stadtzentrum, nicht weit zu Flughafen Oder Bahnhof.Ideal gelegen zum Einreisen. Nahe zu Fuss zu Donau Kanal und Prater.

Die Unterkunft war am Wochenende ruhig. Leider war es am Montag in der Früh sehr laut, da neben dem Haus eine Baustelle war. Es flog sogar der Putz von der Wand

Die Unterkunft (Apartment 103) hat leider nicht unseren Erwartungen (sprich den Bildern im Internet) entsprochen. Wie schon in einer vorherigen Bewertung erwähnt war unser Apartment feucht, es roch extrem nach modrigem Keller, Geruch verbesserte sich trotz Lüften nicht, es gab einen Wasserschaden an der Zimmerdecke im Duschbereich. Ameiseninvasion im Innenraum (Köderdose war aufgestellt), da direkt angrenzend an den Müllplatz im Innenhof (Aussicht aus den beiden einzigen Fenstern). Leider hatten wir auch keinen Zugang zum Garten. Die Lage wäre gut, U3 in unmittelbarer Nähe, vielleicht sind die anderen Apartments besser und wir hatten einfach Pech. Würden dieses Zimmer aufgrund der sehr schlechten Luftqualität und Feuchtigkeit nicht nochmals buchen.

Luftqualität war sehr unangenehm - es war feucht und den modrig-feuchten Kellergeruch bekam man auch mit Lüften nicht weg. Die Kommunikation war in Ordnung. Es war einfach zu finden und der Anschluss an die U3 sowie an die anderen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut. Die Größe des Ferienwohnung war sehr gut und es hätte eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Aufenthaltsraum gegeben, den wir aber selbst nicht genutzt haben. Im Zimmer war ein Wasserschaden an der Badezimmerdecke und das WC war nicht ordentlich sauber, alles andere hat von der Sauberkeit her gepasst. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit fühlte sich auch das Bettzeug feucht an und auch die eigene Kleidung, wenn man diese am nächsten Tag anzog. Alles in allem war es Okay, aber ob wir wieder kommen würden ist fraglich.

Die Wohnung ist unheimlich gut gelegen, neben einem günstigen Parkhaus, gegenüber von einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, direkt in Reichweite einer U-Bahn-Station. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr nett verwinkelt, hatte alle Ausstattungen die man benötigt, auch eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und war sehr durchdacht, so dass man sich stets wohlgefühlt hat und viel Platz für die Kinder zum Spielen vorhanden war.
