My children stayed from 1 to 6 January and enjoyed the hotel , however they did tell me that the singles beds in their room were not as comfortable as they expected unfortunately. As for everything else including breakfast and dinner at the hotel they were very happy. Thanks

Great hotel for the weekend

Clean, comfortable room, good breakfast, good location with good transport links nearby, the toilet/bathroom was not actually cleaned thoroughly during the time we were staying there - that was the only minus point I can make.

It’s a really nice hotel. Great view from where I was and very clean. The only downside was that we expected a pool and there isn’t and their sauna is not that good.

The Renaissance Wein is a lovely modern hotel with an artistic touch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s located across the street from the train station and once you figured out how to get to the Alt Stadt all was great.

Very good experience

Very nice experience at the Renaissance Wien hotel (Ullmannstraße), especially for the spectacular service and attention of Albert and Denise in the dining area. They treated us very well and with great kindness. I wish all the service were like this. The room was impeccable, as were the bathrooms. The dining room, the TV room, very good too. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

It’s quite nice to have the concierge’s efficiency on responsive checkin process. However the room service with shower gel refilled requesting was never fulfilled, that’s just a fact that the huzzy buzzy for the accommodation here.
