"The location is excellent, and the owner is very attentive and responsive. I would have preferred a single bed instead of a bunk bed in the single room. Overall I recommend this property."
"There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel. "

"Beautiful and lovely service! Air conditioning not great (can’t control your room temperature), pool freezing and hit tub didn’t work. Otherwise, great breakfast, very clean, great walkable area, excellent service "
"First, it was very hot in the room and the was no AC in the (it was mentioned in the description, but it was too hot to tolearte day stay inside). Second, the was no toiletries in the bathroom; I understand when shampoo, shower gel, etc. are not provided (it's not Hilton after all), but there wasn't even a peace of simple soap... so you cannot wash your hands. Third, no water in the room - I'm sorry, but in hot countries in the summer it's a must to provide at least a welcome bootle of water. Fourth, while towels and bedding were fresh, the floor was quite dirty. "
"A spacious, comfortable studio with very well equipped kitchen. Our host left some very useful provisions like fruit, vegetables, milk, coffee, oil and spices. Everything we needed for our holiday, like cool bags, laundry detergent and beach towels. The outside areas were lovely but too cold to appreciate in January, but the little conservatory was great. Loren was very kind and attentive to our needs. "
"I booked a room at this hostel. I arrived 9pm at night. The hostel manager said they were fully booked so I had to look for alternative accommodation which was expensive. I requested a refund . Expedia had no reply from owner/manager after a few attempts at contacting the Guest house and so I was told I could not get my refund. If this sort of thing can happen then I will not use Expedia again. This is very unfair and unacceptable "
