It close to St. Mark square and basilic. There was a scent entering the hotel but in the room which was in another building it was "ok"

Did not realize that the lack of an elevator would be such a big deal but after walking for miles and being on the top floor was not something to look forward too. Stayed in room for breakfast and realized just a limited amount of items available, location was good for getting to St Marks, and not too bad getting to Realto bridge.
