"My family and I never stayed, due to the hidden fees. We were to stay for one night, and a day prior to the stay the owner stated through the app to make sure to bring the 40 pounds in cash when arriving. The post never stated, and I argued that point, however, he would not allow a refund due to the dispute over the ridiculous cash and the stay being 3 days out. Even VRBO is dragging their feet on giving me a refund! This process has been ridiculous, and this property is making me rethink ever...
