"Such a great island to visit. The Bay view was perfect. Got to see the sunset on our first night. Easy trip onto the Island for dinner at Rope Walk and Bills Steak & Seafood. Both were excellent. The bed was not very comfortable and the AC was not the greatest. Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend."

"My family of seven traveled to Sandbridge Beach to celebrate the graduation of our grandson from high school and added in a couple extra days for a mini vacation!! The property was wonderfully located! So many amenities I don’t think we used them all!! Communication from and with Karen was great and quick! We will definitely stay here again!!"

"Very nice condo had no issues. It was clean, in an area that was quiet, close to the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway for my sons wrestling tournament. The property manager was also very nice and easy to deal with!! My only thing thats not really a complaint but i wish it wasn't so expensive to bring our dog. Maybe do a small fee for ppl and ask for a refundable deposit and if nothing is destroyed or no big mess give the deposit back. Ppl love to bring their fur babies. But im not mad bc...

"I cannot say enough about our stay here. From the initial contact to our checkout, it was the most accommodating, guest-friendly experience we could have asked for. Instructions were simple and had no trouble settling in. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They even added special touches to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, which was the reason for our trip. "It was a little difficult to find, but in a quiet area. Bedroom MAY be warm in summer because the AC is only in the living room/ kitchen area. The heat worked very well, but the thermostats were very inaccurate. 50F was closer to 75-80. Even my freezing wife was very warm"

"Our stay this time was in a different room than last December but just as good! The view was great- location was very convenient. Room clean and orderly. Everything as described. It is perfect for my husband and I, has everything we need. The toaster didn’t work and they replaced it immediately. We stayed two extra days! Loved it! Will definitely book again! Thank you!"

"Owner is advertising rhat rhe place has a hot tub and it doesn't.. in addtion, balcony has cation tape on corner. Little piece of balcony is missing...the balcony for the unit directly above was in the same condition. I did not feel safe stabding on the balcony. This should be fixed right away for the price they charge. Owner of unit did not reply to my request for early check in. I feel at a minimum should be responding to email."

"Very clean condo with great views! Much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom is on the street side, across from a night club. It can be noisy at times, but tolerable. Makes for great people watching though LOL We had a wonderful stay and would come back for sure! Margie was wonderful to work with and we had no issues. Thanks for a great beach vacation!"
