My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. It was sentimental for me because this is where I stayed growing up when it was Triton Towers. Look forward to coming back next year

We loved our stay here! The staff was excellent and truly made us feel well taken care of, and the rooms themselves were great.
A couple of small things worth mentioning: our TV remote wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer since the World Cup was on and it would've been nice to catch some games while getting ready in the evenings. The floor was also a little grimy when we arrived, though staff came promptly to clean it once we mentioned it. I did also point out some dust under the beds and was told it would be taken care of during cleaning, but it never quite got addressed — nothing major, but a bit of extra attention to those details would go a long way.
Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The team's warmth and hospitality really stood out.

The sheets stink in the room like bad, a lot of hidden fees that u would not know about until checking in. Hotel staff didn’t tell us where everything was we literally had to ask how to get to certain things. Sliding door to get a view of the pool was hard to even open and close. And it was vomit in the elevator that sat there. Juet nasty and made my experience stressful

"Enjoyable hotel stay. Staff was very nice and very informative. The shuttle service worked out really well both to the airport and to the metro station. Purchased the breakfast plan with my room and I would advise everyone to do the same. Overall, very nice and would stay there again."
