“We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again.”

“Desert Shores was as perfect a location that you can get. It was centrally located and close to everything. Our condo was fabulous. Very clean and very well stocked with anything you need as far as housewares are concerned. Our host was great, I never needed to talk to her, but she kept in contact via e-mail throughout our stay. Comforting to know she was available and concerned on how our stay was. How ever you grade 10 out 10, 5 stars or AAA, Desert Shores was that good for us.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Just as other reviews said the pictures are exactly what you will find on arrival. The unit is clean and well stocked. The bed is comfortable and the furniture is fairly new and well taken care of. We didn’t use the pool but saw many people using it throughout our stay and appeared to be enjoying it. The view off of the screened in porch along with the sunset is beautiful. It was very quiet. If we travel through Phoenix again we would definitely stay here...

“We REALLY enjoyed staying at "Modern Condo w Pool." The condo was perfect for us. The location was really convenient. Ken was an outstanding host-- easy to work with, great communication, purveyor of much useful local info. Best of all for us, was that my wife kept saying, "They've thought of EVERYTHING!" The condo was equipped with everything that we needed. Many thanks! Will definitely come back, if our travels bring us back to Phoenix.”

“Great little place if you’re visiting Maryvale for Milwaukee Brewers spring training. Couldn’t be closer. Apartment complex is a bit on the wild side but not unsafe; just rough enough at the edges that you shouldn’t expect to spend your time milling around there without purpose. Apartment was nice, clean, everything important worked. Appreciated the closet space and showers. Good for an extended stay if in town for work.”
