The hotel is quite new, and therefore in great condition. Location is good - close to eating and drinking options. Breakfast was very good although it wasn't hot enough for my liking.

The place was cozy and mostly clean. Well situated close to everything. Quiet even though it’s close to a major street. Other than that no real complaints. Just remember to bring your own paper towel and Kleenex.

Property was as described. The backyard was quite large and was enjoyed for throwing a baseball around or playing frisbee. The house was comfortable but needed a few things replaced.
