Bathroom floor was an issue when you showered as it became very wet and slippery,but the shower was great. Soundproofing was very poor, I could hear cars, trains, and even next door’s microwave. The bed was too soft. Air conditioner remote was half-broken, I couldn’t adjust the temperature so the room was either too warm or too cold. Obviously manager does their best , and the room was clean and neat, but needs lots of renovation. They then moved us to another room to which was hot and smelt so when I opened the window the fly screen had massive holes so all bugs flew in. The kids then got in bed which they then couldn’t stop sneezing and had swollen eyes due to the dusty dirty blankets … I had to remove them from the beds I then tried to shower the kids as they had allergies from the dirt -The shower was dirty so my kids refused to get in - this is unacceptable. I know it’s not a new hotel but we stay in many regional areas and cleanliness in important.
